Leadership in Child Passenger Safety (CPS) comes in many forms, whether you’re coordinating services for an entire region or assisting a single caregiver with car seat installation. Often, we are left to navigate the complexities of leadership through trial and error. This session introduces a framework to help leaders approach difficult scenarios with a variety of perspectives. We will explore Lee G. Bolman and Terrence E. Deal’s “Reframing Organizations: Artistry, Choice, and Leadership,” which offers valuable insights into decision-making by applying different frames or lenses.
